Anne Jordan

Anne Jordan grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a child, she loved to play pretend and make art, and that's exactly what she's doing today (she thinks "acting" is just a more dignifed word for "playing pretend").

Anne studied acting in high school at The North Carolina Theatre, and attended musical theatre camp there in the summers. She won the senior art award for her high school, and was accepted into the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design. Anne attended RISD for one year. She absolutely loved it and learned so much from the brilliant, inspirational teachers. However, she missed acting, and decided to move to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC, she received a liberal arts education and was able to nurture her loves of both acting and art. She acted in several campus shows, and studied painting abroad in Italy. After graduation, Anne moved to New York City, where she did theatre and completed a two year acting intensive at The William Esper Studio. She also took classes at the Art Students League, including a workshop with one of America's premiere portrait artists, Everett Raymond Kinstler.

Today Anne lives in Los Angeles and fills her days with the two things which have always made her happy: playing pretend and making art.
